History

Vulcan Finned Tubes, L.P. is a privately-owned company, founded in 1999. Initially, our product line consisted only of welded helical solid finned tube. Vulcan was immediately accepted by the finned tube-user community and experienced rapid growth in its customer base and sales volume.

The history of Vulcan's development is as follows:

-	October 1999	Startup with welded helical solid finned tube product line
-	February 2000	Added welded helical serrated product line
-	November 2000	Added welded longitudinal product line
-	March 2001	Increased welded helical solid and serrrated manufacturing capabilities by 50%
-	October 2001	Added aluminum L-foot finned tube product line
-	November 2004	Moved into new Tomball facility
-	November 2005	Added new aluminum L-foot perforated fin product line
-	February 2006	Doubled aluminum L-foot manufacturing capability
-	April 2007	Added high-volume turbulator strip manufacturing capability
-	August 2008	Increased welded helical solid and serrrated manufacturing capabilities by 1/3.
