Vulcan Finned Tubes' manufacturing and office facilities are located in Tomball, Texas (just a few miles northwest of Houston) -- close enough to Houston to maintain efficient access to all our critical suppliers, but just far enough outside the city to avoid major traffic and congestion.  Our location has convenient access to major highway routes, the Port of Houston, and Houston Intercontinental Airport.

Steady growth over Vulcan's first five years in business caused us to outgrow our initial leased facility, and enabled us to purchase land and design and build our own new facility.  The new shop and office encompasses 40,000 square feet of space, located on a five-acre tract in Tomball, Texas.

With our new facility, all of our operations are under one roof, yielding a large advantage in operational and management efficiency.  Our production floor layout is planned for optimal flexibility and efficiency.  For example, our welded helical finned tube production lines can be quickly and easily switched between solid and serrated operation in response to customer priorities, and our production layout can be readily rearranged to handle unusual tube lengths for any product.
